我的2018診所大發現回顧
又玩下2018年回顧先，舊年發現左d乜野呢？
1. 最新鮮滾熱辣，昨日先發現，年尾最後一日都有搞到我笑左出黎既消息，就係終於比我等到小西灣診所齊人啦。小西灣診所而家天天都恆常有好醫師駐診，仲有一位上進的推拿師，又有有禮貌樂於助人又協助醫師既好姑娘。好野！！人齊啦！！
（我仲等緊另一間，好有耐性地等……）
2. 佢地部份診所推出左有保健及治療作用既中醫推拿服務，而家共有三位推拿師，一個係六間診所服務，一個係兩間診所服務，一個係五間診所服務。由於推拿師們大好人，為左方便一眾街坊，佢地願意係自己服務既診所走黎走去，所以推拿服務係要預約架。
3. 呢個係一個超重大發現，超級忙既診所創辦人願意抽時間，與一眾新入職既醫師們互相分享行醫理念及經驗，互相學習，加強為我地一班街坊提供既優質中醫服務。每一個分享都係好寶貴，呢啲機會真難得，可惜不屬於我，無我份囉。
4. 發現左有乾針療法。其實仲有另一個發現，但要再了解研究下先話得比你地知。
5. 原來中醫診所識分身又識變身架！不過變身果間變身道行唔夠就暫時變得樣衰左d，遲d應該會靚番架啦！（嘻嘻！唔好意思，又忍唔住笑左！哈哈！）
6. 仲見到有好多新醫師名字加入吖。我覺得在沒有銅臭味，但勁有人情味既診所行醫都係幾辛苦既事，而且仲要多勞先多得添。入黎呢度為我地一班服務既醫師就好似要打木人行咁打得，咁捱得，有愛心，懂忍耐，不計較。不論我識唔識你地都好，請容我代各街坊病友衷心向你們一班愛心醫師講聲 "謝謝！" 。同埋要向一班協助愛心醫師們又對病友好既助護姐姐講聲 "謝謝！" （即係協助到醫師又對病友好果d 助護姐姐呀，歡迎對號入座！）。都多謝埋一班後勤既職員啦，雖然我成日捉到你地d粗心大意既野。嘻嘻！

診所奇遇記 - 候診區所見有感 (二)
天氣開始轉凍啦，各街坊病友要注意保暖呀，寫番個暖笠笠既故事比你地都暖下先，幾個星期前既事了……（其實係唔得閒寫……嘻！）
2018年11月11日（星期日），下午五點幾，已經過左截症時間，其中一間社區診所黎左個年老的聾啞伯伯，瑟縮的坐在候診區的櫈上，一位愛心助護姐姐，用紙筆寫字同伯伯溝通，知道伯伯因感冒求醫，因過了診症時間，得到當日駐診的愛心醫師允許，接了聾啞伯伯這個症。
當時愛心醫師正在治療室為其他病人做緊手法治療（我認識識的病人，所以有相睇），為左唔好阻住愛心助護姐姐收工，發揮團隊合作精神，請愛心助護姐姐幫忙，先向伯伯問幾條簡單問題，例如有無覺得凍，有無咳，有無痰，有無頭痛，有無大便之類，伯伯寫低左之後放在愛心醫師枱面，等愛心醫師先有個概念再詳細問症。
伯伯入左診症室好耐，我估佢地用寫字，身體語言溝通，好靜，係出面聽唔到聲既。
令我印像最深刻的是聾啞伯伯行出診症室既時候面上帶住果個笑容，看似有點溫暖，有點滿足的笑容。睇到我好感動的，到而家我都仲記得。點解睇完醫生會咁開心既？一定係覺得愛心醫師太好了！咁又係，果位醫師好有耐性同好搞笑的。
同上一次的候診區所見有感一樣，沒有歧視，有愛心醫師，有愛心助護姐姐，有令人溫暖的社區診所！今次仲見到優秀的醫護合作精神添。又再帶給我感人的故事，謝謝！
仲有個意外收獲，個愛心醫師教呢，原來中醫既「問診」都有歌仔唱架，叫 十問歌，好得意架，我上網搵到成首啦！
十問歌 歌訣：
一問寒熱二問汗，三問頭身四問便，
五問飲食六問胸，七聾八渴俱當辨，
九問舊病十問因，再兼服藥參機變，
婦女尤必問經期，遲速閉崩皆可見，
再添片語告兒科，天花麻疹全占驗。
係咪好得意呢！

On 11 Nov 2018 (Sun), an old man who with hearing disability and speech disability, visited one of the Chinese medicine clinic after the registration hours. The clinic assistant communicated with the old man by writing, and noted the man felt cold and sick. Having consent from the RCMP, the clinic assistant received the case.
For effective time management, the RCMP instructed the clinic assistant to ask if the old man had any symptoms such as feeling cold? with headache? having cough with or without phlegm?
The old man had a detailed consultation in consultation room. It was silence and I heard nothing at the waiting area. While the old man left the consultation room, a nice smile hanged on his face. I felt touching when saw that simle which looked like involving thanks and satisfaction.
The cooperation of the RCMP and the clinic assistant shows the good team spirit of the clinic.
No discrimination. Warm and full of love!

A bonus finding: the RCMP told me that there is a song for Interrogation, called "The Ten Questions".

什麼是冬灸?
「三九冬灸」是天灸的一種，是在一年中天地的陰氣最盛、陽氣最弱的日子進行灸治。「三九」是冬至後的三個九天，三九天前後是一年中陽氣相對較弱的時侯，適宜用辛熱的藥物敷貼於穴位上，維護身體的正氣以抵禦疾病，或治療各種寒性疾病如咳喘、泄瀉、風濕骨痛等病。傳統以來，亦鼓勵在這段日子進補和鍛鍊身體，振奮身體的陽氣來抵禦寒冬
適用對象：
體質虛寒易感冒、哮喘、氣管敏感、鼻敏感、風濕骨痛、經痛、子宮虛寒、胃脹、胃痛、泄瀉、手足冰冷、疲勞綜合症等。
There is a special moxibustion therapy, called “TianJiu”, which is applying topical herbal medication on designated accupoints considered by CMPs. In traditional Chinease medicine theory, we trust the health condition can be improved by applying TianJiu moxibustion therapy, especially for those with allergy problem, respiratory disease or in weakness health condition. To achieve the TCM theory of “Preventive Treatment of Disease”, it is usually applying TianJiu twice a year: in summer and winter. It is an interesting saying that winter disease may be cured in summer by applying Summer TianJiu whereas summer disease may be prevented in winter by applying Winter TianJiu.
